For beginners i would recommend only swimming and biking. When the body is strong enough u can do other things. u have to see the longterm result.

Actually lifting weight not only hampers growth in ppl that are still growing but it will also produce a slight decrease in size when the muscles are overly grown. Themost logical reason behind your current hight is the fact that you were meant to grow even bigger. Anyway some sports or activities will help you grow and others will do the oposite. Generaly is not recomended for youngsters to work with weight unless its their own.

Definitely, I'm 16 and can do that flag for up to a minute, Working up to a full arm extension flag
