If you're going into the woods you have a reason; camping, fishing, hiking, etc I think it's pretty reasonable to assume that you would bring something like an axe to make a fire especially if you're going camping. Of course if you are on your way to the nearest mcdonalds and you manage to get lost in the woods that's a whole different issue
